Beyonce Knowles keeps her diet in check
While singer super star Beyonce Knowles’ quick moves in her video “Single Ladies” may appear to be quite a workout, it takes even more than the swift dance routines for the bootylicious singer to stay in awesome shape.
Beyonce Knowles eat smart and sticks to low cal foods. She stays away from fried and fat ladden foods and restricts her eating when ever possible. She recently revealed to Self magazine how she stays in shape for her demanding tour schedule. Knowles works out five days a week with her trainer. Her workout regimen includes 100 squats, step-ups and walking lunges.
Knowles told Glamour magazine, “I love to dance. It’s fun for me. And I like running because I can just think. Yoga, I find very relaxing. You’re taking time for yourself and it just makes you feel at peace.”
