In reviewing the online marketplace for Fastin 37.5 mg diet medication offerings, we found USA Pharmacies promoting nothing more than a con.

Consumers are cautioned to take notice of bogus Ionamin pharmacies using the similar scam methods!! Please be careful and ALWAYS understand the Terms on Conditions on these Swindle sites which claim to market Phentermine without a prescription!

In a recent consumer complaint we  received a dieter complained that “I have bought from numerous pharmacies and got simulated tablets. A pal of mine is a pharmacist and believes they are a mixture of white chalk, blue coloring for the specks and held together with an ingredient found in antifreeze. They appear just like the authentic ones even scored and embossed with numbering. Most come from Dubal India. Places not to order from: Pharmacies I have received fake pills from, OfficePills.com affiliated with Little Drug Co., Dr. Tevez, Totalmedsdirect.com, Pillswithcare.com, Bestrxmedsstore.com, FastplanetRX.com Approved-medical.com, SUN Pharmacy, and over 120 other pharmacies. I have found that between 120 and 140 are all the same, they refer to themselves as sister pharmacies. Linked jointly, giving out all your credit card information and all of your medical information. They call constantly and even charged my credit card for orders I did not place. I have been trying to get the charges off of my credit cards from these online pharmacies for about 4 months. Tracing which pharmacy is connected with which charge is insufferable. In 2 months I have experienced some of them changing their names as many as 6 times. They are aware the weight loss pills they are advertising is imitation but they deny it. They will state it is a problem with their purveyor and all 120-140 of them have the same provider and are aware when they buy and persuade somebody to buy it that is fake. Glance at some of the fine print on their, “privacy policies” you will be Offended.  I will never bank on a further online pharmacy following these past few months. It has been nothing more than horrendous.

I also got scammed by 247phentermine.com. I doubt they even have any phentermine in supply. They instead tell you that your prescription wasn’t granted and a second-rate substitute is sent out to you. These people should be hung for their deceitfulness. This is nothing short of extortion.”

****ILLEGAL STACKER II DIET PILL RING BUSTED ****

           Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli announced today the arrests of the following individuals: ARUN DATWANI of 1314 Central Avenue, Westfield, New Jersey and FRANK HUERTA of 18 Iron Latch Court, Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. DATWANI was charged with Theft by Deception, Trademark Counterfeiting and Money Laundering. HUERTA was charged with Theft by Deception, Trademark Counterfeiting, Money Laundering, Possession of a controlled dangerous substance, Possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, Possession of a firearm and Weapons Possession during Controlled Dangerous Substances Offenses. The charges are the result of a two-month investigation by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Criminal Investigation Division under the direction of Chief Michael Mordaga of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.

          Information was received that ARUN DATWANI, the owner of Roots Vitamin and Health Food Store located at 578 Ridge Road, North Arlington, New Jersey was purchasing, labeling and selling counterfeit “Stacker 2 with Ephedra” at his health food store. DATWANI was also supplying the counterfeit product to FRANK HUERTA, the owner of Nutricentro Health Food Store located at 5307 Bergenline Avenue, West New York, New Jersey and an internet site called Netnutri.com located at 560 55th St. West New York, New Jersey. HUERTA sold the counterfeit product through his internet site Netnutri.com and at Nutricento Health Food Store. The drug Ephedra is a major precursor to the production of Methamphetamine.

          The search warrants were executed at the businesses and residences of DATWANI and HUERTA where a total of approximately 5,000.00 bottles of the counterfeit “Stacker 2 with Ephedra,” along with the labeling equipment were recovered. During the execution of the search warrant at HUERTA’S residence, detectives also recovered approximately $63,000 dollars in cash, two handguns, hollow nose ammunition, approximately (30) pills of the designer drug Ecstasy as well as one hundred other pills for which HUERTA had no prescription.

          DATWANI’S first appearance date is February 8, 2007. HUERTA’S bail was set at $250,000.00, no 10% option, by Judge Louis Dinice, J.M.C. and has a first appearance date of February 8, 2007. Prosecutor Molinelli states that the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
