Hugh Jackman, 40 years old, star of the big screen movie “X-Men: Wolverine,” recently told British Metro newspaper that his exercise routine consists of training for an hour-and-a-half a day, five days a week — with weights, a treadmill and rowing. As for his diet, he said, “It’s all about eating. I get up at 4 a.m. and eat egg whites, then every three hours after that.”
